During my freshmen days, I was a member of the LNU Dance Troupe. The group was active way back and we participated in a number of atcivites inside-outside the school. Our Intramurals that year was great because there's the Rhythmos Amplified (Battle of the Bands), Himig florencia (concert of the professors where i performed too haha) and yes, the rides! We had the Ferries Wheel and Catterpillar.
We had the same rides this year (but too bad the school did not push through with the concert huhu). Here are some pictures taken from our very own starcity :p

I had fun that day but the week itself was an emotional journey for me. Don't ask me why coz I'm telling the reason now: My Self-Esteem is going down down down again..

(LEFT: PACQUIAO vs. MORALES RIGHT: PACQUIAO VS.LARIOS)

I found out at PinoyExchange.com that GMA Films is producing another Richard-Angel Movie for Valentines Day tentatively titled "The Promise". It is said to be a revival of the Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta Starrer "Hihintayin kita sa Langit". The movie reportedly stars TJ Trinidad and Rhian Ramos playing support roles. If I’m not mistaken, this is Richard and Angel’s 6th starrer as a loveteam.
I was able to watch the horror film "Sigaw" (The Echo) and I am quite impressed with Richard Guittierez. I was just a bit intimidated with the kissing scenes coz they rarely kiss on their first Fantaserye Mulawin. I consider Let The Love Begin (with Mark Herras and Jennylyn Mercado) as one of the most kilig pinoy films ever. Seeing them together in Mulawin The Movie was pretty disappointing because they had poor effects and obviously, they rushed taping the movie. The next thing we knew, the two took a short break from their respective shows (Angel with Darna; Richard with Sugo) to fly to US of A to shoot Regal Films’ Valentine offering for 2006 "I Will Always Love You". As usual, it did well in the box-office. Even Star Cinema’s Close To You decided to move its playdate two weeks after Valentines Day. Last December, The Two (again?) starred in the 5th installment of Mano Po 5: Gua Ai Di where Angel played the role of a Chinese girl who is about to marry a Chinese popstar (Christian Bautista) yet she is in love with a pinoy (Richard G.) Unfortunately, it failed to surpass the previous Mano Po installments (or the people are just sick of it?) Now they’re back! Look at the pic below: Sensual! I am expecting a more daring and more kissing scenes from the two. I heard that there’s a love scene too! I just hope that the movie will have good reviews when it comes to the actors’ acting. Angel Locsin is now being paired with Robin Padilla in Asian Treasures and Richard will be back at the telebabad block by March for the remake of Lupin III (French Version) together with Rhian Ramos, Ehra Madrigal and Katrina Halili.

In my own point of view, one factor to a successful relationship is COMMUNICATION. Two individuals can be more open and honest with each other when they communicate regularly and one tools in communication is through chatting. When we get into a date, we often talk about personal stuff etc and so with chatting.
Have I experienced this one? Yes especially when I was a freshman college student. Met a lot of peeps via friendster, ym, pex etc. and some of them were honest about their views and opinions about different topics. They were also open with their feelings, which is the most important.
There was a time when I almost fell in love with a guy I met via forum. We got the chance to see each other and up to now, we are good friends. My cousin and her husband met via mIRC and so is my high school ate and her boyfriend for 5 years.
I do believe that online dating works, but I do also believe that nothing beats the traditional way of courtship and the real thing.
