Nagwakas na ang telenobelang kumukumpleto sa aking gabi noong Biyernes. Sa ngayon ay nag-aadjust pa rin ako sapagkat nasanay ako na meron akong inaabangan pagkatapos ng Marimar at bago mag Jumong. Ang telenobelang sinasabi ko ay ang Impostora na pinagbibidahan nina Iza Calzado at ng napaka-galing na aktres na si Sunshine Dizon.
Aaminin ko na hindi ko nagustuhan ang unang linggo ng Impostora. Paano, sobrang complikado ang storya na puro sakitan at tragic pa ang kinamatay ng magulang ng kambal at puro iyakan pa talaga. Bumilib naman ako sa kambal at syempre, kay super taray Jean Garcia.
Mas naunang napansin si Iza Calzado dito dahil mas nauna siyang nagkaroon ng mas maraming eksena. Simple lang ang atake niya sa kanyang ginampanan pero totoong-totoo ang labas. Hindi OA o anu pa man. Ang pinaka-paborito kong eksena nya ay noong (more…)
For the first time in the history of the Computer Science and Information Technology department of our dear alma mater, the school authorities finally permitted the Senior Students to attend the Youth For IT(Y4IT) Congress last September 13-14, 2007 at SM North Edsa. It is my first time ever to attend such prestige gathering of future IT professionals and Pride of the country.
Wait, let me narrate what happened during our stay in Metro Manila with the gang.
We left Dagupan at 1:30AM. Everyone's excited because aside from learning a lot about the latest trends in our field, this is also our chance to bond with everyone.
We had a short stopover at the Total Station (where we had some photos taken kahit puro kami ngarag!) and ate our breakfast at the KFC. The whole IT team (Nine Senior IT Students.. dami noh?) ate lugaw and the effect of this almusal made us.. err.. hyper in the van and sleepy in the seminar place? 
We arrived in SM North Edsa at 7:30PM just like the other delegates from other provincial IT schools. We were able to register and entered cinema 10 in a few minutes.
When we had our butts in the comfy cinema chairs, I assume that 80% of the attendees (volunteers in black excluded, of course) were sleeping! Camera bandits are busy taking pictures of unconscious victims (the author included LOL).
The show.. i mean the seminar started at around 9:30. Stand-up comedians served as the hosts of the event. If not for them, the cinema will turn into a hotel full of sleepyheads. Our favorite is Paolo, who is oh-so-cute in the eye of one of my classmates. They sang, cracked jokes and had some batian portions. Ate Jizela and I actually sent our own pabati and it goes like this:

Let's go back to the seminar proper Can I just sum it all up? My three favorite topics include Biometrics (it is somewhat related to my project proposal), Robotics and Animation. Geez, if i only have enough time i'd study more about these topics!
It's my first time in 10 years to enter SM North Edsa. Laki na pala ng pinagbago!
Aside from the topics to be tackled in the said seminar, another reason why i am pretty excited to go there is because of the bloggers i'm meeting up with 
There's Geexie , who actually sent the letter of invitation to our school (thank you so much sissy!) and Coy The Vlogger, who took time to chat with me about the latest issues in the blogosphere and he also bonded with some of my classmates! They actually want to see him here hopefully on our upcoming blogging seminar I wanted to meet up with Cai and Louis but I never saw them there
After the LOONGGG day, our troupe travelled all the way from North Edsa to Pasig just to stay and rest at kabayan hotel. Did we actually sleep? Hmmm.. I won't elaborate further haha
I am happy because we were able to go to a seminar outside Pangasinan on my last semester as a student. The fun, efforts and the learning thingy is priceless
Can you believe it? The first season of Pinoy Big Brother started two years ago!
The first season of the "Teleserye ng Totoong Buhay" is the best among all the PBB installments. It's the first and yet most controversial too (it's only Wendy Valdez who was able to really spice up the second season). Wala pang masyadong plastikan noon and obviously, hindi siya scripted.
Who can ever forget the 13 original housemates? Rico Barrera, the hunk model who can't get over his ex-girlfriend. JB Magsaysay, the rich kid who somewhat irritated some of the viewers because of his 'angas' looks and had a relationship with another female housemate. Racquel, i think is the most hated housemate because of obvious reasons hehe :p. Jenny Suico is the former japayuki mom who had a voluntary exit because of his father's condition. Bob dela Cruz, a politician wannabe who first had a taste of forced eviction because of health reasons. Chx Alcala, the liberated housemate who became controversial because of what happened in the Luau party (where she kissed Sam torridly) and by admitting that it was she in the scandalous pics in the internet. Sam Milby… OMG who doesn't know Sam Milby? He is the lucky 13th housemate who captured the hearts of many and is one of the most promising actors we have today. Franzen Fajardo, the jologs housemate whom everyone thought would bag the grand prize.. he loves 'dialing' through his nose and sticking the dirt on the wall haha Say Alonzo, the kikay princess who is in search of real love. Uma, the super prangka housemate who is currently having a word war with Wendy Valdez. Cass Ponti, the sexy davaoena loved and hated by the masses, Jayson, the funny guy who made us laugh and cry and of course, the big winner Nene Tamayo who is now a proud mom!
The Pinoy Housemates: Tuloy ang Buhay! Reunion show was held last The show started with a dance number followed by a quick interview by big brother. Sam is not seen in most group numbers because he never made it to the rehearsals. He is supposed to be in a taping for his new movie but hey, he chose to go to the reunion concert and give thanks to the die hard fanatics of the first season.

I may sound melodramatic but I am deeply affected with the loss of my cellular phone.
N6170 had been with me since April 2005. It was given to me by my mom for my 18th birthday though I never really asked for it. I admit that I am a text addict just like most girls my age but I was contented with the 3350 phone. I never really wished of having my own MMS phone (it was a 'fad' during those days and everyone just had to have one) because I am afraid that it will be the cause of something bad.
It was April 24, 2005 when my mom told me she's giving me a reward for being a good daughter. I thought the debut was the reward and i thanked her. She said that there's another one then she handed me this box and waah.. a brand new cellular phone is waiting for me to be his boss!
I am happy with the phone though it had a built-in memory. I can only take a limited number of pictures and videos so I kept the memorable ones and never deleted it in any way.
N6170 had to leave me in January 12, 2006 when my mom went to England. She needed a triband phone and we ran out of time. We were not even able to get a roaming sim card so there.. Two cellular phones accompanied me: 3350 and 3310.

It was just like yesterday when a girl named Britney Spears rocked my world with the song ".. Baby One More Time". I was in Grade 6 when I first got a copy of her album and eventually created dance steps to be performed on school programs. She was the youngest female popstar who made it that time.
Then Ooops! She did it again. She's the one and only Pop Princess. She's the next in line to Madonna. Her competitors can never beat her. Her dance moves are real killers. Her lovelife is somewhat controversial. She has endorsements left and right. Her songs were certified hits and her albums were selling like hotcakes.
Then she proclaimed that she's not a girl, not yet a woman. Fell in love, got hurt and all the normal things girls undergo when they're about to mature. She's just like any of us, except that she's so pretty and oh so famous.
Then all of a sudden, she got married, re-married, got pregnant and had a divorce.
Then she shaved her head.
And now she's about to have a major comeback! One of the leaked songs is titled "Gimme More" and the song actually reminds me of her ex-boyfriend's "Sexy Back". I am wishing her all the best in her come back and oh please, be a good girl now!
