It's been a month since my mom arrived here in the Philippines and it's been more than a week since she went back again to England for her work.
I guess that is the typical life of an OFWs daughter. You'd be waiting outside the NAIA for her arrival then after a week or two, you'd be bringing your parents to the departure part and bid another tearful goodbye.
As I was waiting at the airport for her arrival, I observed the other balikbayans hugging their hubbies and children tightly. "Mama! Miss na kita!" one five-year old kid told to her mom. It just made me feel lucky that I was at the right age already when my mother finally decided to try her luck abroad.
After three long hours of waiting, I finally saw my mom who looked like a Singaporean Girl (some of the other passengers thought she was singaporean and was shocked when she spoke in Filipino hehe) pushing her cart with two luggage.
I shouted like a little girl as well and raised my hand. She saw me there as I wave like a little girl and went straight to my grandfather to tell him that my mom is already waiting in the arrival area.
It seems like she looked more gorgeous than ever! She's so sexy and who would be believe that this woman has a twenty-year-old graduating daughter and a super handsome 12 year old son?
Oh well moving on..
As expected, my mom had a lot of pasalubongs for us.. but I never thought na ganun kadami! She bought me some bags, watches, clothes (should i say uber sexy clothes? I'm not wearing those anymore LOL), bikinis (err.. i won't wear this.. only when i sleep lol), chocolates, perfumes, lotions, an ipod and of course, hmmm.. secret!
We did catch up that night and she asked me a lot of questions. She was happy upon eating some boneless bangus and pinakbet (wala yan sa England!) . We called our relatives in Binalonan and told them that we'll go there soon.
The next day, I had a hair treatment and she bought me some stilleto shoes. I feel like I'm a basketball player with heels!
We met up with Bodie and Djanin at Dulcinea after. Bodie informed us that his show with his dad, Mr. Tirso Cruz III in London was postponed from November to March. He and my mom talked about stuff regarding England and about other random stuff.
The next day, we went to the cemetery to visit my father and my other relatives for Pre-All Souls Day. I can feel that my dad is always with us like a stalker. Thanks for watching over us. My Tita Ellen treated us for dinner and we went straight to Tito Raymond's house. The kids had Trick or Treat pala so I had some photos taken as well
To be continued..
Uy si Bodie with Mica Huwaat?!!?!
I met him through Dadj, his sister. I met Dadj through a forum
I forgot na how you knew Bodie, how nga ba?
