Medicare Plan

While waiting for a friend outside a hospital clinic, I overheard two senior citizens discussing about the importance of getting a Medicare plan. Even if I am far from their age, I am also considering the need of getting one since we all need to prioritize our health especially now with all the pollution and the unhealthy food we eat. I am not rally conscious about there stuff, but i am willing to devote extra time for it. We have to be a bit more alert and aware. Our body is our treasure. Hospital bills are very expensive without the necessary benefits so there.

Let’s Talk About HDTV’s

I don’t have my own TV at my room. Usually, I go to my grandparent’s room whenever i feel like watching my favorite show or just kill time infront of the TV screen. However, a friend of mine once told me that he’s planning to get a Samsung HDTV and give it to me as a birthday gift. I pretended that I didn’t like the idea, but the truth is i was waiting for him to deliver it at home LOL.  Anyway, my grandfather from the mother’s side is asking my mom for a new TV set. I might go to Binalonan next month to give him a little surprise. I hope my earnings would permit me to do so!

Door Chimes in a Resort

During our trip to Puerto Princesa last March, Ada, Jenny and I were fascinated with the door chimes placed at the resort’s restaurant. I used to sort of hate that decoration when I was a little kid because the one placed in my room is quite noisy and I couldn’t concentrate from work. Now I am not distracted with it. In fact, I am thinking of getting one as an accent in my spa house opening soon. Yes, I will have one

Growing Old and Getting Fatter

One of the topics a close friend of mine and I discussed when I went to Baguio last Wednesday is the fact that as some of us grow older, our body also gets fatter. She said that she envies me because I am still tall and slim, while she has a petite height yet her weight is obviously bigger compared to when we were in high school.

These days, people who have enough money wouldn’t mind spending on a liposuction procedure just to lose weight in an instant. I even heard that there is this new effective thing called Lipofuze, which is being sold right now online. There are so many ways to let go of these unwanted fats in an instant, but better keep in mind that discipline is still the key in order to maintain that sexy figure. Take it from me  

Slendance

Last year, I was able to go to the shoot of Isabelle Daza’s Slenda commercial. I didn’t know that these commercial models are repeating the same routine a hundred times before the director gives the final ‘CUT!’ signal. It was indeed a tiring shoot for a 30 second TVC.

Later that day was Valerie Concepcion’s turn. She is the original Slenda girl and until now, the people behind the company trusts her to be the face of their slimming product. In fact, she even has an exercise VCD which was once considered as the& best ab workout given by any supplement product in the country. I wonder if they’ll release another one this year.nbsp;
