My friend and her boyfriend had an argument recently. My friend is complaining because she feels that her boyfriend doesn’t love her anymore. He rarely responds to her calls and SMS messages. She haven’t seen him for almost two weeks because he is very much pre-occupied with his studies.
Last Saturday, the two of them met at their favorite coffee shop. My friend told her concerns and the boyfriend explains his current situation. He is now busy researching about electrosurgery and how it works. They need to make a very long written report about it and they need to explain the device and the process in class by Monday. I told my friend that what her boyfriend needs now is moral support, and not nagging.
I received a text message from the derma clinic where I last had a facial and diamond peel. It’s been a month since I last visited them and it’s been there habit to remind me to go back there for some face cleaning time. I think i really need one because of forehead wrinkles and it doesn’t really look good!
It’s about time for me to allot extra money for my looks. I really need to look good prior to my trip to England. My mom might just get mad at me if she sees me with a lot of pimple marks and all that facial horrors LOL
Last month, my friend invited us to watch a movie with him. I noticed that he is already suffering from hair loss. He is only one year older than me! I am not sure if it has something to do with his current problem, but I am starting to worry. I hope this is nothing serious or else i will cry :’(

I saw the music video of Jessica Simpson’s “These boots are made for walking”. I really loved the video when it first went out and I really find her sexy there. It’s not an original version though and the pop star appeared in a movie thus the creation of the carwash music video.
Speaking of boots, I am now in a look out for ugg boots. I will use them once my trip to England pushes through. My mom suggested that I buy some here in the Philippines since shoes are a bit more expensive there. I am also thinking of going to Baguio and check the ukay-ukay stalls there.
Awhile ago, I overheard an employee of my uncle who owns a coffee shop somewhere in the southern part of Manila. His secretary is asking for cash advance because her mom was recently diagnosed with Cancer. I felt bad for her because she is a single mom and she’s also the eldest. She is the one taking good care of her mom and at the same time a hands-on mom to her daughter. She is also paying the electric and water bills at home.
If i’m not mistaken, she’s planning to leave the country next year and try her luck in Dubai. Although my uncle felt a bit uneasy with her plan (she’s his secretary for four years), he is willing to let her go. Her responsibilities at home is pushing her to go away and search for a greener pasture. Again, another upcoming OFW story. You can’t blame them anyway.
