Last week, my mom and i discussed about my plan of getting my own condominium. I asked for her support by lending me a downpayment and i will pay the rest to her little by little. At times like these, i think investing in such properties is a good move knowing that the prices of condo units go higher every year. I am also excited to scout for modern furniture to make the condo unit a bit ‘personalized’. I started scouting for good designs and i am currently looking for more freelance projects so i can earn more money. Hire me and make my condominium dream come true!
Someone is getting married this coming April! Nope, it’s not me, but I volunteered to help in the souvenirs. She is planning to give out some pearl jewelries since she loves accessorizing. Her mom used to own a stall in Greenhills and we liked their pieces. She asked me if i can look for jewelry boxes for women.I downloaded some layouts and we’re about to discuss about the final details tomorrow.
She is also planning to give out a compilation CD of their favorite love songs. Would you believe that Paris Hilton’s ‘Heartbeat’ is included in the playlist? Well, I like the lyrics of the song and I guess it’s Paris’ best song on her debut album. I wonder why she didn’t release a sophomore album?
Since I am staying in UK now, I decided to send some postcards to my close friends in the Philippines. Instead of buying some presents for them when I go back home, I figured it out that they’ll appreciate it more if i send them postcards instead. Who doesn’t want to receive a postcard anyway?
I bought around 30 postcards in London and i ran out of stock now! I posted an entry on my main blog and a lot of people replied. I am keeping my promise by giving them what I promised. I’m glad there is direct mail printing available now that’s why I can actually print some postcards, write a message and mail them asap. How convenient!
Winter season is about to end anytime soon, but the rainy day starts today. Just earlier, it rained while we were walking our way to the cinema. It’s about time to get some kamik rain boots that can keep me warm and secured when i am going out. I get colds easily and i wouldn’t want to be sick again. It’s quite sad whenever sickness is depriving me from going out much. Better be safe than sorry.
Anyway, i just heard the old song of Mary J. Blidge and Ja Rule ‘Rainy Days’ earlier. Perfect for the weather 
The other day, my mom and I went to Worcester together with Tita Brida and Tita Nimfa. We went there primarily to visit the amazing Worcester Cathedral and at the same time gallivant in the town center. We ate in an Art Restaurant for our late lunch and as expected, the ladies shopped at the House of Fraser.
Before heading back to Rugby, we passed by Coventry to buy some supplies of glass tile that will be used in the renovation of the house. I am not yet that addicted to home stuff, but i should admit that i want to buy a place i can call my own. I hope that day comes. The sooner, the better.
